1999 AIDS Walk Toronto
We kick off our fifth season with a few thousand people at the 10th annual AIDS Walk Toronto. Homo History
Since we're celebrating our fifth year, we decided to take a look back at other history-making events in queer history. This month we revisit 1969 and the decriminalization of homosexuality in Canada.

Sci-Fi Expo
Space Cadet Enza takes us on a journey to the Canadian National SciFi Expo This link will open in a new browser window to explore new worlds, seek out new civilizations, and boldly go where no man in a dress has gone before. "Dragging it Outta' You"
Back for a second season, we tour out to straightsville to ask the hets some skill-testing queer questions. This time we asked them to name three famous gay people (with extra points if they could go beyond Richard Simmons).

Wyoming One Year Later
October marks the one-year anniversary of Matthew Shepard's This link will open in a new browser window brutal beating and death in Wyoming. With all the media coverage and vigils a distant memory, we went out into the Village to ask if society's learned anything from his bashing. We also got an opportunity to meet with some nice folks at the United Gays and Lesbians of Wyoming This link will open in a new browser window to get their side of the story, and maybe dispel some myths about the "wild west."

In another new series this season, we camp out on "The Steps" on Saturday nights to hear what queer folks on Church Street have to say about... whatever. And that's what we got!
