	Jim Wakeford has been living with AIDS for nine years, and smokes up to help ease anxiety, boost his appetite, and fight the nausea brought on by a cocktail of anti-AIDS drugs. We caught up with him at a press conference where he appealed to the government and Supreme Court to accept marijuana for its medicinal value in exceptional cases.
